Urban Networks and Street Lighting Asset Management
Each system or object in the territory ( street light, electrical panel, etc.) is managed through a unique data sheet containing all the maintenance information.
Each data sheet provides a summary of all the relevant data, position, maintenance plans, maintenance activities perfomed, and documents. Data are also structured in a hierarchical way in order to facilitate their identification and search. After the initial setup, the Software is able to manage your real estate and assets autonomously.
GEOMAP Software provides unique functionality for the management of complex objects such as distribution networks, streets, etc. directly in the cartography.

Asset Geo-location and Management
Our Software manages real estate, buildings and activities in a geo-referenced way. Thanks to our technology it is possible to visualize the position of the systems inside the buildings and geolocate the activities and places of intervention.
Each asset can be georeferenced in the cartography and/or floor plan.
Through GEOMAP technology, together with our Web App, is possible to navigate inside the buildings and be driven in the execution of the activities.
Our system generates a code for the labelling of systems with Qr-code and/or RFID.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management
Our Software automatically manages the Maintenance Calendar and the Corrective Maintenance Requests, notifying in real-time the technician with all the information needed to carry-out the activities. The system integrates dedicated functions for the management of corrective maintenance, recording and tracking of ticketing requests.
The System automatically generates and optimizes the Preventive Maintenance Calendar.
When a maintenance activity is approaching, the information system notifies the selected stakeholders and maintenance team with all the relevant information, such as technical information, location and date of intervention, components, etc.
The Software manages the tickets in an integrated manner with preventive maintenance activities. Everything is aimed to optimize the use of resources and workforce management.
The system integrates dedicated interfaces to make easier for call center operators to record and manage maintenance requests.
The Software, by monitoring activities in real time, provides facility managers with charts for monitoring Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
