Reports, S.L.A. and K.P.I.
Reports module offers several reports related to the preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
In particular, it is possible to set up specific SLAs and KPIs for performance analysis.
The reports layout can be customized according to the needs of the customer.
Each KPI can be measured by applying different filters (e.g. property, plant, technical component). For example, it will be possible to evaluate the ratios for equipments, MTBF (mean time between failure) and MTTR (Mean time to repair) in order to increase their life cycle by executing targeted interventions.
After processing the data collected from maintenance activities (time, number, type of objects involved, etc.) the Software elaborates the SLAs. They are represented by appropriate summary which show the number of interventions in time, late, out of SLA.
